# Juventus pushing to speed up Can deal

Serie A champions Juventus are looking to speed up a deal that would see Emre Can join the club at the end of the season.

[Tutto Mercato Web](https://www.tuttomercatoweb.com/serie-a/juventus-pressing-per-il-sa-di-emre-can-pua-inserirsi-il-real-madrid-1092487) claim that Juventus are seeking a final answer from the German midfielder who has been heavily linked with the Old Lady.

Can is widely expected to join Juventus on a free transfer this summer after talks over a new deal at Anfield stalled.

Liverpool made an attempt to keep the player at the club but the contract offer was rejected by the player.

Real Madrid have been briefly linked with the player but it appears that Juventus have always been leading the race to sign him.

Having been linked with the player for so long it would come a huge blow to Juventus to miss out on the signing.

Liverpool already have Can’s replacement lined up with Naby Keita due to join the club from RB Leipzig this summer.
