# Liverpool fans bemoan potential injury to Henderson

Some Liverpool fans cannot believe the Reds have yet another injury concern, with Jordan Henderson struggling with a muscle problem.

Jurgen Klopp is having to deal with a freak injury situation currently, with endless key man unavailable.

[Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez](https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/joe-gomez-virgil-van-dijk-19270845) could both miss the rest of the season with serious knee problems, but Liverpool’s woes don’t end there.

[Trent Alexander-Arnold](https://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/first-team/415389-trent-alexander-arnold-injury-update) is out at the moment, as is [Mohamed Salah](https://www.thisisanfield.com/2020/11/mohamed-salah-tests-positive-for-coronavirus-on-international-duty/), while Fabinho and Thiago are hopefully returning to the fold for this weekend’s Premier League clash with Leicester City.

Andy Robertson is believed to be a tackling a [hamstring issue](https://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/international/liverpool-news-andy-robertson-injury-scotland-b1723232.html) on international duty with Scotland, but incredibly, it doesn’t end there.

On Sunday, England manager Gareth Southgate [confirmed](https://twitter.com/KieranCanning/status/1328101994725322752?s=20) that Henderson was taken off at half-time against Belgium because of a muscle tightness and he is now doubt for Wednesday’s clash with Iceland.

The hope is that the decision to substitute the 30-year-old was more precautionary than anything, but Klopp will be sweating with the crucial meeting with table-topping Leicester on Sunday looming.

Liverpool supporters are growing increasingly frustrated with the Reds’ staggering number of injuries and a number of fans took to Twitter to voice their feelings after the Henderson news emerged.
