[Liverpool](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2021/02/25/tony-cascarino-says-liverpool-should-sign-olivier-giroud/)youngster [Harvey Elliott](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2021/02/11/liverpool-will-pay-fulham-up-to-4-3m-for-harvey-elliott-after-tribunal/) has been nothing short of sensational during his[season-long loan spell with Blackburn Rovers](https://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/first-team/412295-harvey-elliott-joins-blackburn-rovers-on-loan) this season.

The 17-year-old winger bagged his[fifth goal of the Championship campaign](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/harvey-elliott/leistungsdaten/spieler/565822)with a [wonderful strike on his weaker foot](https://twitter.com/TheAnfieldTalk/status/1364676219686559753) in what was ultimately a 3-2 defeat on Tuesday night.

Elliott has also contributed nine assists so far this term, the[joint highest](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/championship/top-scorers/assists) in the league whilst earning a [Sofascore rating of 7.25](https://www.sofascore.com/player/harvey-elliott/955245) across the season.

Having recently agreed on a[compensation settlement](https://www.theguardian.com/football/2021/feb/11/liverpool-to-pay-fulham-record-fee-for-harvey-elliott-after-tribunal-ruling#:~:text=Liverpool%20to%20pay%20Fulham%20record%20fee%20for%20Harvey%20Elliott%20after%20tribunal%20ruling,-London%20club%20could&text=Fulham%20will%20receive%20a%20record,4.3m%20for%20Harvey%20Elliott.)with Fulham for the wonderkid, the Reds can look forward to what the future holds for Elliott.
