# Liverpool fans react as Noel Gallagher lays into Reds supporters

Noel Gallagher’s accusations that Liverpool fans are ungracious winners and bad losers has not gone down well with some Reds supporters.

Jurgen Klopp’s side have enjoyed a phenomenal season, currently sitting four wins away from Premier League glory. Saturday’s 3-0 defeat to Watford was, hopefully, a rare blip in the campaign, as the Reds look to battle across three competitions.

Gallagher, who has supported Manchester City all his life, has seemingly got a lot to say about Liverpool, having [predicted](https://www.empireofthekop.com/2019/12/09/video-noel-gallaghers-smarmy-pre-season-prediction-of-irrelevant-liverpool-has-not-aged-well/) that Klopp’s men would get nowhere near his team at the start of the season.

Speaking to *[talkSPORT](https://twitter.com/talkSPORT/status/1234471016635736064?s=20)*, the former Oasis songwriter has had a dig at Reds fans, claiming they don’t know how to win well and lose with grace:

> “Liverpool, for all their fans crowing, have been the best team in England once in 30 years.” 🤷‍♂️
>
> “You’ve got to wear it off that lot." 🗣️
>
> "They're terrible winners. Worse losers, but bad winners as well."

Gallagher’s comments have not gone down well with Liverpool fans, who accused him of irony and generally dislike what he said.
