# Liverpool FC launch new away kit for 2019/20

Liverpool FC has today revealed the New Balance away kit for the new season (2019/20), which is now on sale.

The jersey’s graphic takes inspiration from iconic street signs around Anfield, whilst its collar shape and construction pays homage to the club’s 1977 European Cup winning strip, worn on that victorious night in Rome, when Bob Paisley OBE was at the helm.

Just like the Reds’ new home shirt, the white and navy kit has been inscribed with Paisley’s iconic signature on the inside of the neck, and also features an official swing tag dedicated to the legend in the year in which he would have turned 100 to honour his legacy as the club’s most successful manager.

To commemorate the tragic events of Hillsborough, the 96 emblem, encased by the eternal flames sits at the nape of the neck. The kit is completed with navy shorts, and white socks complimented with a lower navy section and red trim.

The goalkeeper jersey features in green with matching socks. Fans can also get their hands on the three official UEFA Champions League winners patches for both sleeves, including the 2019 trophy patch, 6 times winner patch and Respect patch.

The kit launches as part of New Balance’s “Live it” campaign for the 19/20 season, which aims to encapsulate the legendary spirit that unites Liverpool FC fans across the world.

The launch of the new away kit also sees four new additions to the away training kit range, which features the branding of the club’s new Official Training Kit Partner, AXA. New products include a pre-game jersey, polo, long sleeve t-shirt and a pre-game jacket, which have been designed in the away kit colourway.

The LFC x New Balance 997H Trainer, also styled in the away kit colours, is the ultimate away-day footwear and features a comfortable soft foam midsole – perfect for travel and leisure.
