# Liverpool Goalkeeper Poised For Exit

Liverpool’s Polish goalkeeper Kamil Grabara has been targeted by Greek side PAOK for a loan move, as reported in the [Liverpool ECHO](https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/liverpool-goalkeeper-transfer-news-grabara-18904361).

The Reds are reportedly willing to allow the Poland under-21 international to leave the club this summer on a temporary basis, as he has little chance of getting any first-team action at Anfield.

With this in mind, Greek Super League outfit PAOK confident they can take Grabara and give him the match experience he needs.

Grabara, who arrived on Merseyside from Ruch Chorzow in his native country, signed a new long-term contract at Anfield last summer before spending the 2019/20 Championship campaign with Huddersfield Town.

Jurgen Klopp’s squad is already well-stocked in the goalkeeper department, with Alisson and Adrian backed up by the likes of Caoimhín Kelleher and a host of other youngsters who could act as backups in the wake of a major injury crisis.

Grabara certainly needs more first-team exposure, his  28 Championship appearances impressed many but the Pole will have to do more.

The report also claims ‘talks are progressing’ over the move for Marcelo Pitaluga from Fluminese. The Brazilian Under-17 international holds a German passport which eases the need for the Reds to apply for a work permit to complete the signing.
