# Liverpool in the race to sign Bergwijn

Liverpool are one of a host of top European clubs interested in signing Steven Bergwijn, [according to](https://www.teamtalk.com/news/man-utd-liverpool-circle-as-psv-braced-for-bidding-war-on-star-winger) *De Telegraaf.*

The PSV Eindhoven winger is one of Dutch football’s most prized assets, with an offer of over £30million to required to sign him this summer.

He has 11 goals and 12 assists this season, outlining his attacking input.

Begwijn looks likely to leave PSV at the end of the campaign and he won’t be without suitors.

Liverpool are one of those rumoured to be showing strong interest, as Jurgen Klopp looks to add quality and depth in attacking areas.

The Reds are not alone in their interest, however, with Tottenham, Manchester United, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and Inter Milan all in the mix to sign him.

Capable of playing on either flank or centrally, Bergwijn would be a hugely exciting signing if Liverpool could get a deal over the line this summer.
