# Liverpool predicted XI: Brighton (H)

[Liverpool](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2021/02/02/liverpool-fans-are-furious-about-referee-appointment-for-brighton-clash/) welcome Brighton to Anfield tonight, looking to make it three quickfire Premier League wins in a row.

After being beaten at home by Burnley and dumped out of the FA Cup by Manchester United, things looked bleak for the Reds. They reached a critical point in the season where more dropped points simply couldn’t happen, but Jurgen Klopp’s men have since shown their mettle.

Liverpool won 3-1 away to both Tottenham and West Ham in the last week as they got their campaign back on track in hugely pleasing fashion. Only a will win do against Brighton, though, with the Seagulls hovering above the relegation zone despite beating Spurs 1-0 on Sunday.

Klopp may have one eye on this weekend’s crucial home meeting with leaders Manchester City at Anfield, but this is a must-win game in itself.

Here’s how we think Liverpool will line up against Brighton, with a [little bit of rotation](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/west-ham-united_liverpool-fc/index/spielbericht/3429702) on the cards but no starts for new signings [Ben Davies and Ozan Kabak](https://www.theguardian.com/football/2021/feb/01/liverpool-sign-ozan-kabak-and-ben-davies)…
