# Predicted Liverpool XI: Wolves (H)

[Liverpool](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2020/12/04/alex-oxlade-chamberlain-injury-latest-klopp-update/) continue their [Premier League title defence](https://www.premierleague.com/news/1697247) tonight when they welcome Wolves and 2,000 supporters back to Anfield.

Jurgen Klopp’s side are right among the [front-runners after the opening 10 matches](https://www.premierleague.com/tables) of the season despite having a [squad decimated by injuries](https://www.premierinjuries.com/injury-table.php) following some wretched luck in the early weeks of the season.

The Reds will know all about the challenge ahead offered by Nuno Espirito Santo’s side, having [struggled to a pair of one-goal victories](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/liverpool-fc/bilanzdetail/verein/31/wettbewerb_id//gegner_id/543/saison_id//heim_gast//datum_von/-/datum_bis/-/day/0/land_id/0) against the Midlanders last term.

However, Klopp’s men have a proud unbeaten home record to defend, as well as [welcoming back](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2020/12/04/alexander-arnold-and-keita-could-be-back-for-wolves-clash-klopp-confirms/) Trent Alexander-Arnold and Naby Keita to the squad.

The Liverpool squad is going to be stretched to its limits over the coming weeks and players returning to fitness will  be pivotal over the Christmas period as the reigning champions attempt to retain their Premier League title.

Here’s how we think Klopp will line up tonight, with two changes from the [team which started against Ajax](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/spielbericht/index/spielbericht/3461782) last Tuesday…
