# Liverpool target Ryan Sessegnon set to be available for cut-down price

Liverpool and Tottenham were both linked with moves for Fulham star Ryan Sessegnon last summer but both were seemingly put off by the £50million valuation put on his head by the newly promoted club.

However, as reported by the [Mirror](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/tottenham-transfer-target-ryan-sessegnon-14231364), Sessegnon is set to be one of the players to leave Craven Cottage in the summer and he could be available for a lot less than £50million.

The 18-year-old has had an indifferent campaign, suffering from injuries and a loss of form as Fulham were relegated straight back to the Championship and that, combined with the fact that the teenager is entering the final year of his contract, means that he could be available for a reduced price.

Tottenham are, according to the Mirror, set to head the queue for the Fulham star but Liverpool may choose to rekindle their interest as Sessegnon could provide cover to both Sadio Mane and Andy Robertson, two players who don’t have much in terms of back-up at present.
