# Marco Asensio ready to accept Liverpool offer

Marco Asensio is one of the hottest names in world football right now.

The former Mallorca starlet enjoyed a great debut season in the Real Madrid first-team, scoring 10 goals and providing four assists in 38 games across all competitions, including bagging a goal in the Champions League final earlier this month.

Despite his performances, Asensio started just 11 La Liga games for Madrid as they won the league title in Spain and he’d like a more prominent role in the first-team going forward.

Spanish news source [Diario Gol](https://www.diariogol.com/es/notices/2017/06/marco-asensio-pasa-tres-ofertas-a-florentino-perez-76304.php) claim that Asensio has warned Real Madrid he will not hesitate in accepting offers to leave the club and has informed them of interest from Liverpool, Arsenal and Juventus.

Capped three times by Spain, the 21-year-old is currently away with the U21s at their European Championships and netted an impressive hat-trick in their opening game of the competition.

Reports surfaced earlier this month that [the Reds had offered £43m](https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/814436/Marco-Asensio-Liverpool-Real-Madrid-Offer-Bid-43m-Transfer-News-Rumour-Gossip-News) for the playmaker and it seems as if Asensio is ready to jump at the move if he’s not guaranteed a first-team role at the Bernabeu next season, but Jurgen Klopp’s side must fend off interest from Arsenal and Juventus.
