# ‘Real talent’ – Milos Kerkez and Andoni Iraola rave about Liverpool summer signing

**Liverpool are set to take on LASK in what promises to be an exciting UEFA Champions League away game tomorrow.**

The Reds won their first group-stage game vs Atletico Madrid but are coming off a sobering 3-0 defeat vs Manchester City.

Andoni Iraola’s side will look to bounce back and head into the game as overwhelming favourites,

And ahead of the game, the Spaniard was joined by Milos Kerkez at his pre-match press conference, where both spoke highly of new signing Bradley Barcola.

## Bradley Barcola tipped to come good for Liverpool

Barcola is yet to score or assist for Liverpool, but Iraola believes the Frenchman will only continue to get better with more game time.

“The more Bradley Barcola plays, the better his connections will become,” said the Spaniard via his pre-match press conference.

“\[Wirtz and Barcola\] have had good games and bad games like anyone else and they will give us good games.”

> Confirmed: No Alexander Isak, Cody Gakpo, and Dominik Szoboszlai for LASK game. 🔴

Kerkez appeared to echo that sentiment, adding that he is already speaking to Barcola a lot more to forge a partnership with him on the left flank.

“We have played a few games, but we need a bit more time. He is a real talent. He showed at PSG he has great skills and can help us a lot.

“We just have to talk more and build that connection more and it will help us get a better combination down the left.

“When I say talk, us in general need to get to know him better. In training, he is really good.”

The gaffer couldn’t have said it any better. Once Barcola has played enough games to get to grips with English football, he will truly be able to show everyone what he’s capable of.
