Liverpool duo Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah have both been nominated for the Premier League Player of the Month award.

As reported by [Sky Sports](https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11661/11196193/harry-kane-on-shortlist-for-premier-league-player-of-the-month-for-december), the pair will face competition from the likes of Harry Kane, Marko Arnautovic, Marcos Alonso, Nicolas Otamendi, Riyad Mahez and Jesse Lingard for the award.

Salah has already won the award once this season, he was named the Player of the Month for November.
