# Richarlison dismisses speculation of Liverpool move

Everton forward Richarlison has dismissed reports that he could be on his way to Liverpool this summer, as reported on the [Mirror](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/richarlisons-two-word-response-liverpool-14238581).

Reports in Brazil claimed that Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp met with Richarlison’s agent to talk about a potential move across Merseyside.

Klopp has previously praised the 21-year-old and he is already looking at ways to strengthen his squad in the summer.

But Richarlison was quick to dismiss the reports by posting a message on social media.

> Twitter: I’m happy https://t.co/SwQah02hLT (@richarlison97)

Everton boss Marco Silva is very close with the Brazilian and he has warned other clubs that the Toffees will not consider selling him this summer. He said:

> We are not thinking of selling him and, second, our fans – I am 100% sure – would not accept this. The player is really happy here, he is enjoying every moment here, we are really happy with him.
