# Robertson keen on Liverpool switch

Liverpool have been strongly linked with a move for Hull left-back Andrew Robertson in recent times, and it looks as though the player himself is keen on a move to Anfield.

According to a report from [Goal](https://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/683/main/2017/07/05/36852562/klopp-wont-panic-over-keita-delay?ICID=TP_HN_1), the defender is ‘enthused’ about his potential switch to the Reds this summer.

Robertson is looking likely to leave Hull in the near future, with new boss Leonid Slutsky keen to have more funds for transfer dealings.

The Scotland international has been linked with several top flight clubs recently but Liverpool’s interest appears to be the strongest, and a move looks somewhat likely this summer.

The Reds used James Milner as their left-back last season and although the former England international impressed out of position, a natural left-sided defender appears to be on Jurgen Klopp’s agenda for his summer dealings.

Although Hull were relegated last season, Robertson impressed once again and gave a good account of himself.
