# Virals: Cesc Fabregas hosts Liverpool-centric Q&A session

Premier League legend Cesc Fabregas entertained followers on [social media](https://twitter.com/cesc4official) with a short Q&A session this afternoon (Thursday, October 28).

The Spaniard represented Arsenal and Chelsea with [distinction](https://www.premierleague.com/players/2417/Cesc-F%C3%A0bregas/overview) during an illustrious career in England answered questions from supporters about his career experiences and current football matters.

[Liverpool](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2021/10/28/virals-liverpool-enter-the-race-to-sign-kalvin-phillips/) fans were given the opportunity to revel in the 34-year-old’s responses, however, as despite never representing the club, it would appear there is a long-standing affinity with the Reds.

First, Fabregas [named club legend Steven Gerrard](https://twitter.com/cesc4official/status/1453692612242821133) as his most difficult opponent whilst at Arsenal.

Then the current Monaco midfielder [admitted](https://twitter.com/cesc4official/status/1453693406757195776) Anfield possessed the best atmosphere he had experienced.

The love didn’t end there though as the World Cup winner with Spain [hailed Roberto Firmino](https://twitter.com/cesc4official/status/1453701498391642112) as the best false nine in world football right now.

Fabregas made [350 appearances](https://www.premierleague.com/players/2417/Cesc-F%C3%A0bregas/overview) in the Premier League including [27 against the Reds](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/cesc-fabregas/bilanz/spieler/8806), winning on 10 occasions.

### READ LIVERPOOL VERDICT

It would appear the [110-cap](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/cesc-fabregas/nationalmannschaft/spieler/8806/verein_id/3375) icon is rather fond of Liverpool old and new.

Despite being [tentatively linked](https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/799300/Liverpool-Exclusive-Jurgen-Klopp-joins-race-with-Jose-Mourinho-to-sign-Cesc-Fabregas) with a move to Merseyside in the past, no move came close to fruition.

Recognition of atmosphere and players is always greatly received, especially from a player with such a [strong standing](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/cesc-fabregas/erfolge/spieler/8806) in the game.

Now 34, for all the admiration in the world it remains unlikely Jurgen Klopp would make a move for the [£4.5million valued](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/cesc-fabregas/marktwertverlauf/spieler/8806) ace in January.
