# Virals: Liverpool move for Fabio Carvalho ‘agreed by all parties’

[Liverpool](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2022/02/02/pundit-claims-roberto-firmino-could-leave-following-exciting-signing/) reportedly remain confident of signing Fulham attacking midfielder [Fabio Carvalho](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2022/02/01/pundit-left-gutted-as-fabio-carvalho-to-liverpool-deal-collapses/) this summer.

The Reds were [beaten by the clock](https://www.football.london/fulham-fc/breaking-fabio-carvalho-liverpool-transfer22940462) in their attempt to secure the 19-year-old in the January transfer window and will now have to wait until the end of the season.

Carvalho was due to return to Craven Cottage in order to continue playing an integral part in Marco Silva’s [promotion](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/championship/table) push.

According to a report from the [Daily Mail](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-10465311/Liverpool-confident-completing-pre-contract-agreement-sign-Fabio-Carvalho-Fulham.html) and the [Anfield Press](https://twitter.com/AnfieldPress/status/1488644467133403138) on Twitter, a move is still very much on the cards.

> NEW🚨 – The pre-agreement contract of Fabio Carvalho has been agreed by all parties and could be announced by the clubs within the next few days for the player to join up in the summer when his contract runs out in June. Out of contract at the end of the season, the [six-cap](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/fabio-carvalho/nationalmannschaft/spieler/559263/verein_id/31269) England Under starlet looks almost certain to make the next step in a promising career regardless of Fulham’s status.

So far this season the Portugal-born ace – described as a [‘serious talent’](https://www.skysports.com/football) by Clinton Morisson – has [scored seven times and provided four assists](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/fabio-carvalho/leistungsdaten/spieler/559263) in 18 second-tier outings.

### READ LIVERPOOL VERDICT

Following the despair and [heartache](https://www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/liverpool-fabio-carvalho-premier-league-deadline-day-transfer-news-fulham-2022-b979885.html) of the last-minute bad news, it would appear that the writing remains on the wall for Carvalho to become a Red.

Albeit still an unproven entity at the highest level, the skilful youngster has been [impressive](https://www.sofascore.com/player/fabio-carvalho/991604) in a notoriously difficult league this term.

Boasting an array of [outstanding attributes](https://www.whoscored.com/Players/401385/Show/Fabio-Carvalho), Jurgen Klopp would be slighted to integrate yet another talented teenager into the Anfield ranks.
