# Virals: Liverpool named among suitors for Daniel Jebbison

[Liverpool](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2021/12/02/virals-journalist-reveals-price-to-negotiate-for-liverpool-target-luis-diaz/) have been named among a host of clubs interested in signing Sheffield United striker [Daniel Jebbison](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2021/05/18/virals-liverpool-reportedly-keeping-tabs-on-daniel-jebbison/).

The 18-year-old is currently enjoying a [superb campaign](https://www.sofascore.com/player/daniel-jebbison/1096136) whilst on loan at League One side Burton Albion.

However, manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink recently [confirmed](https://www.thestar.co.uk/sport/football/sheffield-united/jimmy-floyd-hasselbaink-hopes-sheffield-united-leave-daniel-jebbison-at-burton-albion-for-season-after-recall-option-admission-3475005) the teenager could be recalled in January amidst growing interest from across Europe.

The Reds have previously been [linked with Jebbison](https://www.examinerlive.co.uk/sport/football/news/daniel-jebbisons-sheffield-united-contract-20612457) and this time look to face fierce competition from West Ham, Everton, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig.

That’s according to a report from [TEAMtalk](https://www.teamtalk.com/sheffield-united/exclusive-striker-preparing-for-january-move-with-liverpool-everton-west-ham-all-keen) claiming the Anfield club have been ‘keeping tabs’ England Under 19 international.

So far this season Jebbison has scored [six times in 16 appearances](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/daniel-jebbison/leistungsdaten/spieler/746740) for Burton and was described as a [‘shining light’](https://www.examinerlive.co.uk/sport/football/news/richards-sheffield-united-jebbison-newcastle-20634700) for Sheffield United by Micah Richards following a winner against Everton.

### READ LIVERPOOL VERDICT

Valued at £900,000 ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/daniel-jebbison/marktwertverlauf/spieler/746740)), any move for the Canada-born starlet would be viable in the January window.

Albeit perhaps not the big-name signing many Koputes would be hoping for as [Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah leave](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/liverpool-salah-mane-afcon-options-25597654) for the African Cup of Nations, Jebbison would provide Jurgen Klopp with another much-needed attacking weapon.

Strong, [technically impressive](https://www.whoscored.com/Players/415163/Show/Daniel-Jebbison) and with an eye for goal, the teenager would add to a growing list of emerging talent on the books at Liverpool and could form part of the next generation alongside Harvey Elliott, Curtis Jones and Kaide Gordon.
