Valued at £22.5million ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/ilaix-moriba/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/617074)), signing the Spaniard for the mooted fees would be extraordinarily good value for money.

Jurgen Klopp’s [squad](https://www.liverpoolfc.com/team/first-team) is in need of a replacement for Gini Wijnaldum, whilst the German also holds faith in the likes of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Naby Keita and Harvey Elliott.

By signing Moriba, the German manager could slowly integrate the [wonderkid](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4pnd2Qox2C8) whilst continuing to rest and rotate options already at his disposal.
