Valued at £18million and under contract until 2024 ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/mikkel-damsgaard/marktwertverlauf/spieler/540941)), the Danish ace would represent an affordable outlay for Liverpool in this window.

Wholly [impressive on the biggest stage](https://www.sofascore.com/player/damsgaard-mikkel/907072) during the European Championships – including a stunning free-kick goal against England in the semi-final – Damsgaard boasts [incredible versatility](https://www.whoscored.com/Players/401168/Show/Mikkel-Damsgaard) that would lend itself to Jurgen Klopp’s squad.
