# Virals: Liverpool target Kingsley Coman ‘dreams’ of EPL move

[Liverpool](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2021/09/10/virals-liverpool-keen-on-fleetwood-town-defender-james-hill/) target [Kingsley Coman](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2021/06/26/virals-liverpool-hold-great-interest-in-kingsley-coman/) could be about to become available in the near future.

The Bayern Munich winger is believed to be [closing in on a departure](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-9338543/Kingsley-Coman-rejects-Bayern-Munich-offer-seeks-increase-current-140-000-week-deal.html) from the Bavarian giants and ‘dreams’ of playing in the Premier League.

Following [reported](https://www.beinsports.com/france/mercato/news/mercato-liverpool-a-fait-une-offre-pour-coman/1709523) interest this summer, the Reds have been named alongside Manchester City as potential suitors for the 25-year-old Frenchman.

That’s according to a report from [Le10 Sport](https://le10sport.com/football/mercato/exclu-mercato-kingsley-coman-ne-devrait-pas-prolonger-566421) journalist Alexis Bernard, as cited by [LFC Transfer Room](https://twitter.com/LFCTransferRoom/status/1436061612314595333) on Twitter, Coman will reject new offers to stay in Germany.

Capped on [34 occasions](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/kingsley-coman/nationalmannschaft/spieler/243714/verein_id/3377) by France, the flamboyant winger has established a reputation as a serial title winner during a [trophy-laden](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/kingsley-coman/erfolge/spieler/243714) career.

Last season the ace described as ‘[exceptional’](https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x7km5ci) by Raphael Varane contributed [eight goals and 15 assists](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/kingsley-coman/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/243714) in 39 appearances across all competitions.

Valued at £58.8million and under contract until 2023 at the Allianz Arena ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/kingsley-coman/marktwertverlauf/spieler/243714)), an unwillingness to extend a contract could see a top-quality player become available at a bargain price next summer.

Currently, Bayern have set an [asking price at £60million](https://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/man-utd-chelsea-linked-coman-forms-part-of-nagelsmanns-plans/10ms99t48j5ef1vs5hp0m7xbyv) for the Frenchman, a demand that could begin to fall as the fear of losing their man for nothing comes into view.

As Reds’ boss Jurgen Klopp begins to look at the next phase of the side, Coman’s addition as a [long-term replacement for Sadio Mane](https://www.whoscored.com/Players/125883/Show/Kingsley-Coman) would make plenty of sense.
