# Virals: Liverpool ‘watch’ PSV Eindhoven winger Noni Madueke

[Liverpool](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2021/08/25/julien-laurens-claims-kylian-mbappe-would-fancy-liverpool-move/) have reportedly joined a host of admirers scouting PSV Eindhoven winger [Noni Madueke](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2021/06/21/virals-boost-for-liverpool-in-donyell-malen-pursuit/) this week.

Officials from Merseyside are beleived to have watched on as 19-year-old sensation played 70 minutes while the Dutch club were [eliminated by Benfica](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/noni-madueke/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/503987/saison/2021/wettbewerb/CLQ/verein/383) at the UEFA Champions League qualifying round stage.

Madueke is also being [monitored](https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11699/12385643/noni-madueke-tottenham-leicester-and-wolves-all-interested-in-signing-psv-eindhoven-winger) by the likes of Wolves, Tottenham, Manchester United, Leicester City, Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Dortmund.

That’s according to a report from the [Daily Mail](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-9921983/Man-United-Liverpool-Spurs-interested-England-U21-PSV-winger-Noni-Madueke.html), as cited by [MailOnline Sport](https://twitter.com/MailSport/status/1430173071411982341) on Twitter, claiming the Reds have now joined the race.

The report claims that suitors may see now as the ‘perfect time’ to move for the [England Under 21 international](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/noni-madueke/nationalmannschaft/spieler/503987/verein_id/9565) starlet – with PSV demanding £34million following their drop into the Europa League.

Last season Madueke [scored seven and registered six assists](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/noni-madueke/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/503987/plus/0/saison/2020/wettbewerb/NL1/verein/383) in 24 Eredivisie outings.

### READ LIVERPOOL VERDICT

Already a prominent member of a top-flight side, signing the highly-rated Londoner would add a much needed attacking boost to Jurgen Klopp’s [squad](https://www.liverpoolfc.com/team/first-team).

Albeit blessed in terms of numbers in the department, with the likes of [Divock Origi and Takumi Minamino](https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/divock-origi-takumi-minamino-major-19414698) both unlikely to set the world alight, Liverpool may need a new option.

Valued at £14.4million and under contract until 2025 in Holland ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/noni-madueke/marktwertverlauf/spieler/503987)), with [six goals in just nine appearances](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/noni-madueke/leistungsdaten/spieler/503987) so far this season the Anfield club would be landing a bargain at the mooted £34million for a teenger on the rise.
