# Virals: Neil Jones names duo that will be ‘100% leaving’ Liverpool

Reliable journalist Neil Jones has named two players [Liverpool](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2021/07/19/virals-agent-of-target-saul-niguez-has-been-contacting-liverpool/) will certainly be parting ways with this summer.

As the Reds look to raise funds for their own ventures into the transfer market, it’s expected a host of [squad players](https://www.liverpoolfc.com/team/first-team) will first have to be moved on.

Whilst those deals have been slow in materialising until now, [interest in some of the lesser-seen stars](https://talksport.com/football/913945/brighton-transfer-news-liverpool-nat-phillips-replace-ben-white/) at Anfield is now beginning to emerge.

Speaking to the [Kopite podcast](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xIsoAC6bqe4&feature=youtu.be) and as cited by [LFC Transfer Room](https://twitter.com/LFCTransferRoom/status/1417071212916785153) on Twitter, Goal correspondent Jones has named two of the most likely impending departures.

Jones went one step further in a report for [Goal](https://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/fulham-15m-liverpool-winger-wilson/1kaym7funprax137bwsq6uwpsv) by stating that Fulham are currently the favourites to sign Wilson.

The club are expecting to raise around £15million from the sale of the 24-year-old Welsh winger, while Grujic could be [available](https://www.corriere.it/sport/calcio/europei/21_luglio_13/italia-campione-d-europa-quotazioni-azzurri-rialzo-locatelli-barella-piacciono-ad-arsenal-chelsea-a88fbe12-e416-11eb-9ca3-9397dc78a855.shtml) for around £13million.

### READ LIVERPOOL VERDICT

Although holding out for the maximum value has [served Liverpool well](https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/michael-edwards-real-story-behind-17994543) in the past when selling players, frankly, the club can’t afford to be so stringent this time around.

Any pre-conceived valuations Michael Edwards had in mind for squad members have to be drastically altered to suit the [current financial landscape](https://www.skysports.com/football/story-telling/11095/12241988/counting-the-cost-covids-impact-on-footballs-finances) and in order to suitably replenish Klopp’s ranks.

Should the likes of [Divock Origi](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2021/07/16/virals-liverpool-striker-divock-origi-gaining-plenty-of-interest/), Xherdan Shaqiri and even to a [lesser extent Naby Keita](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/naby-keita/verletzungen/spieler/302215) once again be given a free run at proving themselves at Anfield, Liverpool could be in for another difficult campaign.
