Who was Liverpool’s best player against Chelsea?
Liverpool were forced to settle for a point against rivals Chelsea at Anfield after Willian’s looping effort cancelled out Mohamed Salah’s opener.
The two sides played out a goalless first half, with the visitors coming the closest through Danny Drinkwater and Davide Zappacosta.
But it was the Reds who opened the scoring, with the in-form Salah latching on to Oxlade-Chamberlain’s pass and coolly filling home.
However, Antonio Conte’s men rallied and snatched a bizarre leveller when Willian’s cross-cum-shot evaded Simon Mignolet and landed in the corner.
Neither side were able to nick the three points, though Salah did test Courtois with a drive from the edge of the box.
