While Liverpool might, might, just be doing okay at this stage of the season, there is much more to them than just fourth place in the English Premier League.
The club have had a good November in which they won four of five games – an away 5-1 thrashing of Brighton and another huge 3-0 away win against Stoke being the highlights.
On the other hand, they’ve repeatedly failed to finish off games from winning positions. They drew with Sevilla after absolutely demolishing the Spanish outfit in the first half of their latest Champions League clash, and only managed a draw after going ahead against Chelsea.
Defence is one of the places that definitely need shoring up – while the midfield can also be bolstered.
