There has been a lot of talk about the future of Emre Can recently but a definitive decision has been made about his status this month.

According to Marc Behrenbeck of Sky Germany, Can will not complete a January transfer to Juventus and he will remain at Anfield until the end of the season.
The Germany international is a free agent at the end of the season when his contract with Liverpool expires and there has been many reports linking him with a free transfer move to Juventus.
Liverpool have targeted Schalke’s Leon Goretzka as a potential replacement, in addition to the £48m arrival of Naby Keita from Leipzig in the summer, so they appear to have moved on from Emre Can in theory, it now only remains a matter of when, not if, he leaves.
