Liverpool have agreed a fee of €55m (roughly £48.7m) with Leicester City for Riyad Mahrez, according to a report from beIN SPORTS in France.
The Algerian, according to the report, will have a medical with the Reds tomorrow ahead of the move.
Earlier today, it was reported by the Press Association that Liverpool were not interested in Mahrez and that they’d even contacted The Foxes to let them know that reports of their interest were wide of the mark.
However, beIN seem to think differently and are reporting that the former PFA Player’s Player of the Year will indeed make a switch to Anfield as a replacement for Philippe Coutinho who is set to become a Barcelona player in a £142m deal.
