Jurgen Klopp has put the notion of shaking up his goalkeeper ranks under serious consideration this month and Roma star Alisson is someone the club are looking at.
The Brazil international has impressed in Serie A this season and Liverpool are ready to firm up their interest but it’s understood that Roma are looking for a sizable fee of £44m to part ways with Alisson – a fee that would see him become the most expensive goalkeeper in history.

Simon Mignolet is considering his future at the club after being dropped in recent weeks for Loris Karius who himself has failed to nail down the No.1 jersey at Anfield since arriving from Mainz 18 months ago.
Alisson is considered to be one of the best goalkeepers in European football today and has also been on Barcelona’s radar, but Liverpool are said to be the ones showing the most interest in the stopper, but he would cost a huge sum.
