Despite Naby Keita arriving in July from Red Bull Leipzig, Liverpool still have their eyes on signing at least one more central midfielder to bolster their squad ahead of the new season.
Leicester’s Wilfred Ndidi, Napoli’s Jorginho and Benfica’s Bryan Cristante have all been linked with Liverpool in recent weeks but fresh reports have suggested a new name on the Reds’ radar.
Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot is believed to be weighing up his options as he considers leaving the Ligue 1 champions after the end of the current campaign.

For all of PSG’s lavish spending in recent years, the 22-year-old has come right through the ranks at the Parc des Princes and remains an integral part of the team, making 41 appearances so far this season, scoring five goals and providing seven assists.
Only contracted to PSG until the end of next season, it’s believed that Rabiot could leave the club this summer as he seeks a fresh challenge, with both Liverpool and Arsenal interested in the France international.
