According to ElChiringuitoTV, via LFC Transfer Room, Liverpool and Barcelona have reached an agreement over the signing of Mina ahead of next season.
The report states that Mina will become a Liverpool player at the start of the upcoming transfer window, joining on loan.

Mina joined Barcelona in January for €11.8m but has only made three appearances for the club thus far.
The Colombian defender has been unable to usurp Gerard Pique or Samuel Umtiti for a place in the side.
He now looks set to be competing with Dejan Lovren and Joel Matip for a starting place alongside Virgil Van Dijk in the Liverpool defence.
Jurgen Klopp may look to explore the possibility of a buy-out clause in the loan deal, with it appearing odd that the club would sign a defender on loan.
