Juventus’s Giuseppe Marotta has admitted that there are very confident about completing a deal for Liverpool midfielder Emre Can this summer, according to the Liverpool Echo.
Can’s current deal finishes at the end of June and he is highly unlikely to sign an extension which paves the way for him to leave the club.
The German midfielder has been a long-term target for the Old Lady, who are keen to snap him up on a free transfer this summer.
Can looks like he has played his last game for the club having been sidelined with a knee injury for a couple of months now.

He hasn’t been selected in the German squad for the summer’s World Cup in Russia due to the injury which he has been suffering from recently.
The Juventus CEO Giuseppe Marotta has given an indication on the current situation with Can set to swap Anfield for Italy.
Emre Can? I am very optimistic. You can read my smile…
