Colombia’s World Cup hero Yerry Mina has denied claims he could leave Barcelona this summer.
Speaking to reporters after Colombia’s victory over Senegal, as cited on Football 365, Mina said he is not thinking about anything other than succeeding at the Nou Camp.
My dream is to make history with Barcelona; the best club in the world for me. That’s why I try to do things right. I hope to have the confidence of the coach and if not I will continue working.

There had been some suggestions prior to the World Cup that the player would be shown the door at Barcelona after he failed to impress following his move to the club.
Mina struggled to adapt to the Spanish league during the second half of the season, which led to suggestions the club saw his future elsewhere.
Liverpool had been linked with a loan move for the player, with some reports going as far as suggesting a deal had been agreed between both clubs.
Mina has impressed during the World Cup group stage, scoring twice for Colombia, which has prompted calls for Barcelona to give him a chance next season.
