Crystal Palace have made a late bid to try and beat Cardiff City to the signature of Marko Grujic.
The Daily Mail reports that the Eagles want to sign the player on loan this season, despite the Reds already agreeing a deal with Cardiff.
Grujic spent the second half of last season on loan at Cardiff and played a big role in their push for promotion.

Neil Warnock has been keen to snap him up again this summer as they prepare for life in the top flight.
However, former Liverpool boss Roy Hodgson, who has made it clear he is working on a tight budget this summer, is hoping he can land the Serbian international.
Liverpool are ready to send the player out on loan again this season, with the Serbian not in Jurgen Klopp’s plans for the upcoming campaign.
Palace are looking to replace Ruben Loftus-Cheek, who spent last season on loan at Selhurst Park from Chelsea.
