Liverpool will be hoping that an injury to hopeful Bobby Adekanye is not too serious, with the Reds learning about the severity of the winger’s knee injury in the next 24 hours.
The Liverpool Echo report that the winger will have tests on his injured knee to see how long he will be out. The midfielder picked up the injury in Liverpool U23’s heavy 4-0 defeat to Arsenal earlier this week.

The youngster needed oxygen when leaving the field, and left the ground on crutches.
The young Dutch star has had a good start to the season for the young Reds side, and a lengthy spell on the sidelines will not help his development at all.
Adekanye also scored in the UEFA Youth League with the Reds, helping them to beat Paris Saint Germain’s youngsters 5-2 to start their campaign off in great fashion.
