Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has praised Napoli star Lorenzo Insigne ahead of his side’s visit to the Stadio San Paolo on Wednesday night.
The Reds lock horns with Napoli in what promises to be an intriguing encounter in the Champions League group stages, with Liverpool looking to extend their lead at the top of Group C.
Klopp, as quoted by the Mirror, addressed the media ahead of his side’s fixture against the Italian giants on Wednesday and was quizzed on Napoli’s key threats heading into the game.
One player who was mentioned in the press conference was versatile attacker Insigne, who has enjoyed a strong start to the new season under Carlo Ancelotti.

When asked about the threat that Insigne posed towards his Liverpool side, Klopp was quick to highlight just how dangerous the Italian forward can be.
He’s an outstanding player. I’ve had to analyse him a few times. He’s still fantastic.
The German boss is well aware of Insigne’s talents and was also encouraged to recall the forward’s impressive strike and performance against Klopp’s Borussia Dortmund back in 2013.
I don’t remember his goal as bad things I filter immediately.
