Real Madrid have joined Liverpool in the race to sign Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey, according to reports.
The Welshman’s contract with the Gunners expires at the end of the season and with talks between the club and the player now shelved, he looks certain to be moving on.
Arsenal would like to sell Ramsey in the January transfer window to ensure that they get a fee for him, but the 27-year-old is in no rush to make a decision about his future.

It was reported last week that he was keen to work with Jurgen Klopp and join his friend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain at Anfield but the Reds will now face competition for his signature from one of the biggest clubs on the planet.
Madrid have reportedly declared an interest in Ramsey and have apparently asked Gareth Bale for his opinion on his international teammate possibly moving to the European champions.
