Eagle-eyed Liverpool fans will be concerned with what they saw after the Reds’ 1-0 loss to Napoli as star forward Mohamed Salah was spotted with strapping on his left shoulder.
Salah, who endured a difficult evening in Naples, first injured the shoulder in the Champions League final after a challenge from Sergio Ramos and the injury led to him being substituted before half-time in that game.

The Egyptian still represented his country at the World Cup in the summer but he was clearly not 100% fit as Egypt were knocked out at the Group Stage of the tournament.
Salah, who won the Premier League’s Golden Boot award last season, has had an indifferent start to the season and after the TV pictures showed the strapping on his shoulder, many fans are wondering if he’s still feeling the effects of the shoulder issue.
