Napoli have reportedly entered the running to sign Liverpool target Jean-Clair Todibo from Toulouse in January.
The Reds have been linked with a move for the promising defender in recent times, with Todibo’s contract situation at Toulouse continuing to alert prestigious clubs across Europe.
Juventus were reported to have entered the race to land Todibo earlier on in the week but according to claims from Sky Italia, as cited by Calciomercato, a whole host of Serie A clubs are now keen, including Napoli.
It’s stated that AC Milan and Inter Milan are both also interested in the 18-year-old, who has impressed for Toulouse this season.
The French defender has yet to sign a professional contract at the Ligue 1 club, indicating that a January exit could be on the cards for Todibo as interest continues to build.
Liverpool are well-stocked with options in defence but should the opportunity to land the promising centre-back present itself, it seems they could battle several other potential suitors for his signature.
