Jordan Henderson to be fit for Watford clash
Liverpool have been handed an injury boost with Jordan Henderson fit for the clash with Watford this Saturday.
Sky Sports report that Henderson will be available for the matchup, after struggling with a hamstring injury whilst on international duty.
Despite this, Henderson trained normally at Melwood this week in preparation for the trip to Vicarage Road and will be available for the clash.
Henderson’s hamstring has been an issue for some time, with the midfielder struggling with it at last Summer’s World Cup. He was also forced off against Huddersfield last month with another injury to the hamstring.
The midfielder returned to action prior to the international break, appearing as a substitute against Fulham in a 2-0 win for the Reds.
Henderson’s return hands Liverpool a big boost ahead of their trip to Watford, with the Reds hoping to maintain their unbeaten start to the Premier League with a win over the impressive Hornets.
