The five-man shortlist for the BBC African Footballer of the Year 2018 has been confirmed and two Liverpool players feature.
Both Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah will battle it out as they go head-to-head to win the award.
Serie A duo Medhi Benatia and Kalidou Koulibaly are also both shortlisted after successful seasons with Juventus and Napoli respectively.
Ghanaian midfiedler Thomas Partey, who has impressed for Atletico Madrid in La Liga this season, will also compete for the award.

Voting for the award closes on 2 December, with Salah looking to win the award for a second consecutive season.
After a standout season at Anfield, Salah was named as both the BBC African Footballer of the Year and the African Footballer of the Year in 2017.
Salah has continued his fine run of form this season, scoring nine goals in all competitions for the Reds, while Mane has found the back of the net seven times.
