Ovie Ejaria removes references to Rangers from social media

Liverpool youngster Ovie Ejaria could be set to return to Anfield, with the player changing his social media.

The 21-year-old has deleted his twitter page, unfollowed Rangers on Instagram and deleted all reference to the Scottish side from his profile.

This comes amid rumours the player will be returning to Liverpool, cutting his spell in Scotland short.

The midfielder still follows Steven Gerrard, Glenn Middleton, Ryan Kent and Umar Sadiq, but has deleted all other references to Rangers on his profile.

Rumours have emerged, via the Scotsman, suggesting that Ejaria has had his loan cancelled, amid news that he has not travelled to Vienna for Rangers vital Europa League clash with Rapid Vienna.

Ejaria made over 27 appearances for Rangers, scoring two goals for Steven Gerrard’s side.

Ryan Kent remains at Rangers, despite Ejaria’s rumoured return. Steven Gerrard’s side will secure qualification to the knockout stages of the Europa League tonight if they get past Rapid Vienna, with Rangers needing a win to secure passage.
