Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci believes that Jurgen Klopp’s side are more than capable of going all the way in the Champions League, reports the Liverpool Echo.

The Italian legend admits that the Reds can shake off their demons of last season after losing in the final to Real Madrid by going one step further and lifting the trophy.
Despite scraping through a tricky group after a nervy 1-0 win over Napoli in the final game, the 31-year old thinks that won’t hold Liverpool back.
This comes after he claimed the Reds were underdogs last season but still made the final and that this time they are one of the favourites.
The Champions League can be very surprising. Look at Liverpool, they were underdogs last season and they reached the final.
Bonucci doesn’t discount his current club, claiming there are four main contenders this year.
I think there are four favourites: Barcelona, Manchester City, Juventus and Liverpool. Teams with an identity.
Interestingly, Bonucci does not include Real Madrid, winners in the previous three seasons, as one of his favourites this year.
Liverpool do have the benefit of £67 million goalkeeper Allison this time around after Loris Karius made two blunders in last year’s final.

Liverpool will have to overcome Bayern in the next round as they look to secure their sixth European Cup.
