Jurgen Klopp sat with the media in his pre-match press conference ahead of Liverpool’s next Premier League game against Burnley at Anfield this Sunday afternoon.
The Reds are currently a point behind defending champions Manchester City in the table, with nine games still to play.
Klopp’s men haven’t been at their best, especially in late-January and almost the whole of February. They have dropped numerous points against teams they shouldn’t have, but still have a retrievable deficit to overcome.
Meanwhile, Burnley under Sean Dyche have been playing determined football but lost their previous league game to Crystal Palace. Hence, they would be aiming to get things back on track.
The corresponding fixture last season ended in a 1-1 stalemate, meaning the Clarets have it in them to stifle the Merseysiders.
