Borussia Dortmund have reportedly offered €25million for Liverpool target Thorgan Hazard, according to reports.
The Belgium international, brother of Chelsea star Eden Hazard, has impressed during his time in Germany with Borussia Monchengladbach.
The 26-year old has been a target for a number of top clubs across Europe and in the Premier League, and according to reports, he could be available for €40million this summer.

That is according to German publication Bild, as cited by German Football Daily on Twitter, who claim that the Bundesliga outfit are holding out for more than Dortmund have currently offered.
Liverpool have been linked with a move for the former Chelsea man, who is apparently keen on a move away from ‘Gladbach this summer.
‘Gladbach would also supposedly prefer an offer from Liverpool, with the German club keen to persuade Hazard to join an opponent who won’t be competing in the Bundesliga next year.
