Arsenal have reportedly been priced out of a move to sign LOSC Lille winger Nicolas Pepe, who has been heavily linked with a summer switch to Liverpool.
According to claims from France Football, as cited by GFFN via Twitter, the Gunners will be unable to afford a deal for the 23-year-old in the upcoming transfer window.
Pepe is set to be a man in demand ahead of next season, with the winger having performed superbly for his side throughout the Ligue 1 campaign.

The Ivorian found the back of the net on 20 occasions in the top flight of French football, and also set up his teammates to score 11 times. This level of form appears to have attracted the attention of Liverpool, as they prepare their summer dealings.
Liverpool are well stocked with wide attacking options, but they will be boosted by Arsenal’s apparent inability to compete in the race to sign Pepe because of their limited funds.
