Jordan Henderson played a huge part in Liverpool’s amazing comeback against Spanish champions Barcelona at Anfield.
Goals from Divock Origi and Georginio Wijnaldum helped the Merseyside club overturn a 3-0 aggregate score-line to send the Reds to the Champions League final, where they’ll meet either Ajax or Spurs.

However, Daily Mail reporter Dominic King has claimed that the Englishman was in pain after hurting his knee in the first half but the midfielder took painkillers and had an injection in order to continue.

It is likely now that Henderson will have a scan this week to see if he will be fit to play in Liverpool’s final day clash against Wolves.
The Reds captain has enjoyed another great season at the club, making 42 appearances in all competitions this season.
The Englishman has impressed in a more advanced role during the second half of the season under Jurgen Klopp.
