John Arne Riise has to go down as one of Liverpool’s best players of the mid-2000s.
The Norwegian left-back, who always had an eye for goal, will go down as one of Liverpool’s heroic Champions League winning side of 2005, but also for his amazing left-footed strikes.
His eye for goal from left back is still very rare to see in modern football, and made him a quick fan favourite at Liverpool.
