Liverpool legend Ian Rush believes Jurgen Klopp has established himself as one of the best managers in the world after guiding the Reds to Champions League glory last season.
Rush praised Klopp’s ability as a manager and believes the German has taken Liverpool back to the “where it belongs” following last month’s 2-0 victory over Tottenham in the Champions League final, the Liverpool Echo report.
Jurgen Klopp has now firmly cemented his place on the world stage as one of the best managers in a highly competitive era. As a tactician and man-manager, he is second to none in my opinion; and his aura is infectious. Liverpool’s fan base is the heartbeat of the club’s success – the supporters have been incredible this season and they have the power to help the players to achieve more and more.

Most of all, Liverpool FC is back where it belongs – at the top of European football. Players want to play for this club now; Liverpool are a team that most aspire to join. I really believe that the current team can achieve great things and I look forward to being a part of it.
Klopp has overseen a huge transition at the club since he took over from Brendan Rodgers in 2015, and looks set for further success in charge of the Reds in the future.
