Liverpool have named their 23-man squad for this evening’s pre-season fixture against Napoli, with new signing Harvey Elliott set to be involved for the first time.
Jurgen Klopp’s men meet the Italian giants at Murrayfield in Edinburgh with kick-off scheduled for 5pm, the Reds’ penultimate game before the 2019-20 campaign gets underway.
Liverpool tweeted confirmation of the squad this morning, shortly after announcing the signing of Elliott:

The club’s other summer signing, 17-year-old defender Sepp van den Berg, is also set to be involved after joining from PEC Zwolle for £1.3million.
Following the match, Liverpool will travel to Evian next week for a training camp before finalising pre-season preparations against Lyon.
Then the real work will start with a colossal clash against Manchester City at Wembley Stadium for the Community Shield and Super Cup final showdown with Europa League winners Chelsea a week later.
