AS Roma are reportedly turning their attention to Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren, the Daily Mail report.
The report suggests that the Serie A side are now looking at a move for the Croatia international after looking at a move for Tottenham Hotspur defender Toby Alderweireld in recent weeks.
The Belgian’s release clause was set at £25 million, however, that figure recently expired and a move would now reportedly cost the Italian side £37 million.
A move for Lovren would be a cheaper option for AS Roma, with the Reds valuing the experienced defender at £18 million.

The 30-year-old made the move to Merseyside back in 2014 from Southampton and has gone on to make 170 appearances for the club.
Lovren has fallen down the pecking order under Jurgen Klopp in recent years, with Virgil van Dijk, Joel Matip and Joe Gomez all ranked above the European.
The defender was heavily linked with a move to AC Milan earlier in the window, and it appears as if a move to Italy could still be on the cards this summer, but the player could be making his way to Rome over Milan.
